5:13 - A good pipe cannot be played on an opponents pipe line for any reason. The correct action would have been to use the leaky side of the cap on the opponent, not the good side.

I’m a massive LOTR fan and even my license plate spells FRODO. So of course this one caught my eye. I need to say it’s not the most user friendly game. We would often forget all of the rules concerning the ring and would frequently have to refer to the rules. That includes the ring bearer remembering to move the Eye before he rolled. It creates a bit of stop and go during gameplay until it’s fully booted into your brain. So I have mixed feelings about whether this is a fun game to play, with the ring requiring a learning curve. Nicely done content though.

i always wanted to get the message about the "leeches of limbo". you must have had to replace the belt drive on the player. that thing rotted away really fast.

The fact this game has cards and dice is why I was fascinated by it. It's the first game I have played where you are required to put your cards face up. The directions confused me, though. I have a question. If you play a Luck Plus, is it mandatory to play other cards with it? Or must it represent the number on the dice? What is the bonus?

This was my brother’s game in the mid 60’s and we would play it. I was about ten so it wasn’t overly complicated to me. Somehow it became mine, I think he left it when he joined the Air Force and I have it still, pieces complete. I really liked the plane and boat pieces which you didn’t really emphasize, as a young teen it was like playing with a small model, making the plane fly to each new stop. As I got older I wondered if there was some obvious decision for making the Japanese pieces yellow as opposed to any other color. Makes you wonder. But yes a light battle game that can be played with kids maybe 8 and up.

I think the easiest fix for the hero is to have the Hero only able to move weapons within his own camp, for outside the camp o it has to be moved by soldiers.

Guns, eh! That's a no no no now.

does anyone here have the same problem where the bank unit doesn’t scan or read the bank cards? anyone pls help. i changed the batteries and clean the cards also the scanner but still didnt work 😰

All of these numbers on the card are fictional 555 numbers which are not assigned to real phone numbers.

I had this game as a kid and absolutely LOVED it!
